At present ,single-port laparoscopy covers almost all gynecological operations.From 12-16 August 2019,in addition to theoretical teaching, the training course was carried out on “animal single hole approach and surgical operation training”.

  20 gynecologists in Guizhou province have got trained in single hole laparoscopy .The advantage of this training is that the operative hole is reduced from original ones to the only one and the body damage is minimized. According to one of the professors Zhaoyi, this canal is operated by inserting laparoscopy and apparatus into the navel or vagina. After healing,there is no surgical scar on abdominal wall,which highlights the advantages of minimal trauma,quick recovery and cosmetology. Patients with benign disease can usually be hospitalized 1-2 days after operation,reducing the cost of treatment and not affecting the work of patients’ life.

  Many foreigner intern students from countries like India ,Africa etc who are pursuing medicine in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University got this big opportunity to witness this single hole approach and operation training carried out by the 20 gynecologists. Some of the foreigner students said as follows: With the rapid development of modern medicine,minimally invasive surgery brought tremendous benefits to patients said by Chahat; The medical studies of China have yielded a lot, such as surgical method seen that day by Aditya; He along with Ransford even helped other classmates by consulting them with English lectures on single port laparoscopy surgery; Ramanuj and Manish, said surgical specimen from small incision of natural cavity is becoming standard matching techniques of specialists in Guizhou province.

  Foreigner students also felt that this technique,when learned in skilled way can be promoted in future whether in China,their counties and the US.
