On June 14th, we had a wonderful class activity that we called the SOElympics. It was a clever blend of our school name "SOE" and "Olympics", setting the tone for a day that was less about winning and more about participation, laughter, and building bonds.

The Events: A Test of Mind and Body
The SOElympics were designed to be a dynamic mix of physical challenges and strategic thinking. We kicked off the competition with an energetic Scavenger Hunt, which served as a perfect warm-up. Then came the physical tests of endurance and strength with a classic Tug of War, where the Black House’ team cohesion truly shined. This was followed by the hilariously disorienting Blind Race, where blindfolded participants were guided by their teammates' instructions—a true test of trust. All the competitions were so enjoyable and made everyone feel content and united.

The Real MVPs: Our Teachers
While the competitions ware fierce, the day’s true highlight was the unwavering support from our teachers. Seeing our teachers engage with us in a non-academic setting, laughing and cheering alongside us, it reminded us that they aren't just educators, but mentors and supporters who genuinely care about our class spirit.
After a day of intense competitions, the dust settled, and the points were tallied. They awarded us trophies and medals, while along with that, it’s more about love and care.

More Than Just a Game
The SOElympics was a resounding success because it achieved its goal: it united our class. It proved that fun, engagement, and teamwork are powerful ingredients for building a stronger, more connected community. We didn't just create winners; we created memories that will last beyond the school year.
