2016、2017级未毕业学生：

  为进一步规范学院学籍管理，保障学生合法权益，根据《贵州医科大学国际学生学籍管理办法》相关条款，现就未毕业学生最长学习年限及毕业期限事宜通知如下：

  一、最长修业年限规定

根据《贵州医科大学国际学生学籍管理办法》，本科六年制专业最长学习年限为9（学）年（即2016级学生的最长学习期为2017年3月至2025年12月； 2017级学生最长学习期为2018年3月至2026年12月）。学生需在该期限内通过培养方案规定的全部课程、实习考核、毕业考试、HSK4级考试，并满足其他毕业条件，方可获得毕业证书及申请学位证书。

  二、各年级毕业期限及要求

 （一）2017级未毕业学生：最后毕业期限为2026年12月。学生须于2026年11月20日前结清所有费用，并提交毕业所需相关材料。

 （二）2016级未毕业学生：因受疫情影响，该年级最后毕业期限放宽至2026年12月。学生须于2026年11月20日前结清所有费用，并提交毕业所需相关材料。

  三、逾期处理办法

  若学生超出上述对应最长修业年限仍未达到毕业条件，海外教育学院将按照《贵州医科大学国际学生学籍管理办法》作永久结业处理。

请各年级未毕业学生高度重视本次通知要求，对照自身学业进度，合理调整学习计划，确保在规定修业期限内完成毕业所需全部任务。

Notice on the Maximum Length of Study and Graduation Deadline for Students of 2016 and 2017 Batch Who Haven’t Graduated

To students of 2016 and 2017 Batch who haven’t graduated,

This notice is hereby issued to clarify the adjustment regarding the maximum length of study for undergraduate students, so as to ensure the standardized implementation of academic management and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students.

Ⅰ. Provisions on Maximum Length of Study

In accordance with the Measures on Enrollment Status Management for International Students of Guizhou Medical University, for a six-year program, the maximum length of study for undergraduate students is set at 9 academic years (for batch 2016, the maximum study duration is from March 2017 to December 2025; for batch 2017, the maximum study duration is from March 2018 to December 2026). Within this period, students shall pass all the required courses, internship, graduation exam, HSK4 and meet other graduation requirements to obtain a graduation certificate and a degree certificate.

Ⅱ. Graduation Deadline and Requirements

1. Students of 2017 batch: The last chance for graduation is in December 2026. All fees should be cleared and all required documents for graduation should be submitted before November 20, 2026.

2. Students of 2016 batch: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the final graduation deadline is extended to December 2026. All fees should be cleared and all required documents for graduation should be submitted before November 20, 2026.

Ⅲ. Handling of Students Failing to Graduate Within the Maximum Length of Study

In accordance with the Measures on Enrollment Status Management for International Students of Guizhou Medical University, students who fail to graduate within the maximum length of study will not be eligible for the graduation certificate or the degree certificate permanently.

All students who have not yet graduated are urged to take this notice seriously. Review your academic progress and adjust your study plans accordingly to ensure meet of all graduation requirements within the prescribed period of study.
